After twenty-one years beside his brother David, RГ©mi now leads Maison Mayci. The craft has not moved: much-loved bread, cakes and patisserie are still made fresh in-house, every day, upstairs in the bakery. The room downstairs has been refurbished into a warmer, greener place to sit.
